Thanks to the support of the ALIPH Foundation, we will soon launch an important new initiative to safeguard written heritage in Mali and Mauritania.
2025.07 – Bookbinding census project
We are completing another important phase of the survey of ancient and fine bindings in the Piedmont region. Between November 2024 and June 2025, we recorded nearly 500 bindings across libraries, archives, and cultural institutions in Piedmont.
2025.06 – Library of Animal and Human Biology
A new, important collection has entered our conservation lab: the volumes from the library of Biologia Animale e dell’Uomo of Università degli Studi di Torino.
2024.10 – ‘Icilio Guareschi’ Pharmacy Library
Conservation work is underway on the Pharmacopoeia volumes from the Biblioteca di Farmacia “Icilio Guareschi” of Università degli Studi di Torino.
2024.05 – Djenné
We have completed the preventive conservation activities for the manuscripts held in the city’s library and in the Prefecture’s archives.
