Conservation work is underway on the Pharmacopoeia volumes from the Biblioteca di Farmacia “Icilio Guareschi” of Università degli Studi di Torino.
The Pharmacopoeia is an official pharmaceutical code that lists substances and provides guidelines for drug preparation. The library preserves historical editions as well, serving as both a valuable testimony and a source for historical research.
